RERA യ ക്ക കീഴില്‍ ഓറ്റരാ സുംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളികലയുും
റ്റക്ര രണ ്രറ്റേശങ്ങളികലയുും റിയല്‍ എേേ ക്രാജക്ുടകകള നിയ്ന്ത്ിക്കുനതിന ്രറ്റതയകും അറ്റതാരിേികള്‍ രൂരീകരിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട .
ഈനിയമും നിലവില്‍ വരുനതിന മുന്‍രുണ്ടായിരുന ്രശ ്‌നങ്ങകള ലഘൂകരിച്ചുകകാണ്ട ് ബില്‍റ്റെഴ ്‌സിനുും ഉരറ്റ ാക്താക്കള്‍ക്കുും കരാതുവാകയാരിടും നല്‍കാന്‍ RERA യ ക്ക സാധിച്ചു. ഇന്ത്യയിലുടനീളമുള്ള 76000 കമ്പനികള്‍ക്ക RERAബാധകമാണ . എല്ലാ റിയല്‍ എസ ്‌റ്റേേ ക്രാജക്ുടകളുും ഏജന റുകളുുംഈനിയമും അനുസരിച്ച രജിേര്‍ന് കചയ്തിരിറ്റക്കണ്ടതാണ . റിയല്‍ എറ്റേേുമായി ബന്ധകപ്പട്ട വിഷയങ്ങള്‍ക്ക കൂടുതല്‍ വയക്തത വരുത്താനുും ഉരറ്റ ാക്താക്കള്‍ക്കുും നിറ്റക്ഷരകര്‍ന്ക്കുും ക്രാജക്ുടമായി ബന്ധകപ്പട്ട റ്റരഖകള്‍ക്കുള്ള അവകാശുംസ്ഥാരിക്കുനതിനുുംഈ നിയമും സഹായകമാകുനു. ക്രാജക്ുടകളുകട കൃതയസമയത്തുള്ള കെലിവറി ഉറപ്പ വരുത്തുനതിലൂകടഈറ്റമഖലയികല്ക യവി്കയയങ്ങള്‍ക്ക രൂര്‍ന്ണ സുതാരയത കകവരുത്താന്‍ RERA്ര റ്റയാജനകപ്പടുനു. റിയല്‍ എറ്റേേ റ്റമഖലയുമായി ബന്ധകപ്പട്ടഈനിയമത്തില്‍്ര ധാനകപ്പട്ട വയവസ്ഥകള്‍ താകഴ ്രതിരാേിക്കുനു.
റിയല്‍ എറ്റേേ റ്റമഖലയില്‍ സുതാരയത ഉറപ്പ വരുത്തുനതിന രുറകമ ബില്‍റ്റെഴ ്‌സികന നിയമരരമായി റ്റനരിടാനുള്ള അവകാശവുും RERA ഉറപ്പാക്കുനു. ഇതില്‍ താകഴ രറയുന ലുംഘനങ്ങള്‍ നിയമനടരടി അര്‍ന്ഹിക്കുനതാണ .
